Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 366                                         
"An Act relating to the fee for the Chitina dip net fishing permit; and                             
providing for an effective date." Without objection, the bill was                                   
referred to the Rules Committee.
